Production Time

All Rocken products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and demand.

Shipping Time

Once your order is produced, shipping times vary based on your location:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–15 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or customs processing.
Delivery times to Brazil may vary due to customs processing.
 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Rocken.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• incorrect size selection

• change of mind

• personal preference
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• your order number

• clear photos of the issue
   

Important

Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

In most cases, issues are resolved through replacement or refund, without requiring a physical return.
